I’m a freelance consultant in the realm of social media for events, community engagement and SMEs. Much of my research is informed by practice through using web tools and technology in a creative way. I’ve delivered a number of workshops on using web media in the classroom, research and marketing. In addition to teaching and research, I’ve also been involved in several academic commercial, non-for-profit and research projects where I’ve been involved in the design and build on a web portal or hub for the activity.
I also work for Third Sector Lab specialising in social media strategy and policy for the charity sector.
